Our program is dedicated to aiding mothers during this critical period by providing financial assistance, valuable resources, and educational opportunities. We aim to uplift and guide families through the early stages of parenthood by empowering mothers, nurturing newborns, and fostering a supportive community.

Program Overview

The Bitcoin Babies Program is designed to support mothers with newborns throughout their first year of life. Our comprehensive support system addresses the unique needs of new mothers, offering financial empowerment through Bitcoin and educational courses to enhance skills and knowledge.

How it works

• Registration: Enroll in the Bitcoin Babies Program by filling out our online registration form.
• Weekly Bitcoin Distribution: Women who have registered and wish to participate in the program will start receiving a weekly allocation of $5 worth of Bitcoin (sats) once the program has started. This will be sent directly to their digital wallets and can be used for savings or purchasing items for their newborn.
• Course Enrollment: Explore our course catalog and sign up for educational workshops and seminars that interest you. Participation is voluntary, but we encourage you to take advantage of these valuable opportunities.
• Community Engagement: Join our weekly online meetings and periodic physical gatherings to engage with other mothers and access additional support resources as needed.

Bitcoin Babies Book

We have developed the “Bitcoin Babies” book, divided into three chapters:

• Chapter One: Covers the initial year of motherhood, discussing topics such as breastfeeding and introducing solid foods, providing valuable tips along the way.
• Chapter Two: Focuses on financial wellness, offering basic Bitcoin education and introducing Bitcoin wallets as efficient tools for money transfer.
• Chapter Three: Addresses mental wellness, emphasizing the importance of emotional well-being for mothers. The book is written in an accessible manner, ensuring all mothers can benefit from its contents.

Bitcoin Babies Circular Economy

The vision of this segment of the BitcoinBabies project is to empower and encourage mothers to start their own businesses and accept Bitcoin. Already, a few mothers have begun their entrepreneurial journeys. By doing this, we aim to build a robust, local circular economy. Additionally, we are working to onboard more merchants in the region, such as grocery stores and other service providers. Upon completing our work with the first group of mothers in this region, we will actively promote Bitcoin and organize meetups to further spread awareness. An exciting aspect of this project is our weekly payout to 13 mothers, each receiving $5 worth of sats. This means $65 is injected into the local economy weekly, not including the sats they earn themselves. We also plan to introduce a new initiative within the BitcoinBabies project: providing small grants to mothers who are part of the program and wish to start a business. Participants will need to apply for a grant and submit a business plan. If approved, we will award grants of up to $100.
